Local Health Care for All
Community Health Centers are dedicated to providing expert, high-quality care to all who need it, regardless of circumstances.
In 1992, realizing too many people were being neglected by traditional insurance, Community Health Centers in Washington state came together to form the Community Health Network of Washington (CHNW) and a subsidiary not-for-profit managed care company, Community Health Plan of Washington (CHPW). The organizations’ joint mission: to provide equal access to quality care through effective health care administration.
Today, CHNW’s Cascade Care plans are powered by CHPW, which has been serving communities across Washington since 1992. Together, Washington Community Health Centers and the CHPW-CHNW partnership make sure you get the care and social services you need, right in your own neighborhood.
CHCs are part of our larger provider network
CHNW’s provider network includes over 2,500 primary care providers and 14,000 specialists. This network includes over 100 hospitals, providing Washington residents with the best community-based care possible. Find the doctor that’s right for you with our provider directory.
