CHNW plans are “public option” plans powered by Community Health Plan of Washington (CHPW). This not-for-profit managed care organization has been providing quality Apple Health (Medicaid) coverage to Washington residents and families since 1992 and Medicare coverage since 2007. CHNW is the parent organization to CHPW and is partnering with CHPW to utilize its affiliate network of providers and full suite of plan services for our CHNW Cascade Select Gold, Silver, and Bronze offerings.

Local Care, Convenient to You
Care is centered around Community Health Centers (CHCs) in your county. CHCs provide the convenience of accessible, efficient, and cost-effective care in state-of-the-art facilities. Our network of doctors is near you and ready to see you.
Virtual Care Visits
In partnership with CHPW, we provide access to virtual care visits (also known as telemedicine or telehealth) to make sure you can get the care you need, whenever you need it. The cost is the same as for an in-person visit.
Nurse Advice Line

A CHNW plan powered by CHPW provides you with access to comprehensive health services and medical management, as well as established pharmacy services.

Keeping your teeth and gums healthy is an important part of your whole health care plan. Dental coverage is included on select plans for yearly cleanings, x-rays, fluoride treatments, and other limited services.
